feat: add Lava payment provider support

- METHOD_LABELS entry for lava
- Custom SVG icon: dark base with orange-red lava flow and ember dots
- Admin settings tree node: payments_lava
- Locale strings (ru/en/zh/fa) for descriptions and admin labels
